This article is completely unnecessary. Those connected to the child welfare system are sort of letting people know that they haven’t been following the law and then they try to make it look like something great is about to happen, because this is their new direction from now on, to keep siblings together.
It’s another dead end, nothing more. They try to make people believe that the child welfare system is responding to the worldwide protests. The only trouble is, children should be able to grow up with their siblings according to the law, and the number one complaint is not about siblings but about supporting biological families in staying together. What about the parents? Will the child welfare system continue to dehumanise and strip all dignity away from the parents, leaving them powerless and destroyed?
It’s like a bridge they are pretending to build. A bridge that is purposely aimed in the wrong direction.
